How Our Plugins Process Your Data (No-Storage Architecture)

Our installable plugins — including the Temu Marketplace Integration for Magento and Shopware — are built on a Secure Pass-through architecture. This means:

  • No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored on Stich Tech servers. Order, customer, and catalog data flow directly between your own store environment and the Temu Marketplace.
  • We act only as a conduit. The plugin runs inside your hosting environment; Stich Tech does not operate a middle-man server that retains your or your customers’ data.
  • Encryption in transit. All communication with the Temu Marketplace API is secured using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Credentials stay with you. API keys you enter are stored within your own store’s configuration, encrypted, and are not transmitted to or held by Stich Tech.
  • Compliance. This design supports GDPR data-minimization principles and the data-handling requirements reviewed by the Temu Marketplace QA process.
