Most Shopware merchants who add Temu as a sales channel end up running two systems in parallel. Products get uploaded twice. Inventory drifts out of sync, and overselling becomes a weekly cleanup task. Orders arrive in a separate dashboard that doesn't talk to your fulfillment workflow. Frequently asked questions

Which Shopware versions are supported? +

Shopware 6.4, 6.5, and 6.6. The connector follows Shopware's compatibility roadmap, so newer minor versions are added as Shopware releases them. Shopware 5 is not supported.

Do I need an external message broker like RabbitMQ? +

No. The connector uses Shopware's native Symfony Messenger for background sync — no additional broker required. Most Shopware hosting environments work out of the box.

What happens to my customer data? +

No personally identifiable information is stored on StichTech infrastructure. Order data flows directly between your Shopware store and the Temu API. Our servers handle only the activation key validation; customer names, addresses, and payment data never touch our infrastructure.

Can I customize the plugin? +

Yes — we're a Shopware development agency. Common customizations include routing Temu orders to specific ERP systems, multi-Sales Channel configurations, custom category mapping logic, and bespoke pricing rules with Shopware Rule Builder. Book a call to scope a custom engagement.

Is this available on the Shopware Store? +

Submission to the Shopware Store is in progress. For now, the plugin is distributed directly via StichTech with a signed ZIP package — the same way many enterprise Shopware extensions are delivered.
