1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, plugins, extensions, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Stich Tech d.o.o. (“Stich Tech”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our Services or installing any of our plugins, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Stich Tech provides e-commerce development services and ready-to-use plugins and extensions for the Magento (Adobe Commerce) and Shopware platforms, including the Temu Marketplace Integration, Stich Store Locator, and SEPA QR Payments.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our plugins on the number of store environments for which a license has been purchased. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer our software except where permitted by applicable law.
4. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Paid plugins and services are billed as described at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated or required by law, fees are non-refundable once a download has been delivered or a service has commenced.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the Services or the platforms they integrate with (including the Temu Marketplace).
6. Intellectual Property
All software, source code, trademarks, and content provided through the Services remain the property of Stich Tech or its licensors.
7. Warranty & Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stich Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Stich Tech d.o.o. is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
