Is this really free? +
Yes, during our launch period. We're not asking for payment, a credit card, or any commitment beyond your time on the kickoff call. After the launch period ends, this service will become a paid engagement.
Why are you offering free installs? +
Two reasons. First, it helps us validate that the plugin works reliably across different Magento setups in the real world. Second, it's a chance for us to introduce ourselves — we're a Magento and Shopware agency, and many of our clients started with a small project before working with us long-term.
How long does the install take? +
Most installs require 2–4 hours of our team's work, scheduled within 2 business days of your request. You don't need to be present for most of it — just the 15-minute kickoff call at the start.
What access do you need to my store? +
We'll need admin access to your Magento backend during the install window. We can work with a temporary account that you disable afterward, or with SSH/SFTP access if your team prefers that approach. We never store credentials beyond the install window.
What happens after the install? +
You'll have a fully configured StichTech Temu Connector running on your store. We'll send a written summary of everything we did, plus links to our documentation. If you run into issues later, you can reach our support team through the standard channels.
What if I need custom work beyond the install? +
Done-For-You install covers the standard plugin setup. If you need custom workflows, ERP integrations, multi-store configurations, or anything beyond the standard scope, we offer that as a separate engagement — we can discuss it during the kickoff call.
Can I install it myself instead? +
