1. About StichTech

Who is StichTech? +

We're an eCommerce development agency specializing in Magento and Shopware. We build custom storefronts, develop production-grade plugins like the Temu Connector, integrate stores with ERP and PIM systems, and provide ongoing maintenance and white-label support for other agencies. Plugins are one part of what we do — the rest is custom engineering work for merchants and agencies that need more than what off-the-shelf solutions can provide.

What platforms do you specialize in? +

Magento (Open Source and Adobe Commerce), Shopware 6, and integrations between either of these and surrounding systems — ERPs, PIMs, marketplaces, and custom backends. We're an Adobe Solution Partner and a Shopware Partner agency. We don't take on Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce work; staying focused is how we stay good at the platforms we cover.

Where are you based? +

StichTech is registered as Stich Tech d.o.o. in Serbia, with team members across the EU. We work with clients across Europe and North America. All client communication is in English unless we agree otherwise.

How much experience does the team have? +

Our senior engineers have over 20 years of combined eCommerce experience, with deep specialization in Magento (since the Magento 1 era) and Shopware (since Shopware 5). We've shipped projects ranging from single-storefront migrations to multi-region B2B platforms with custom ERP integrations.

2. Working with us

How do I get in touch? +

Three options depending on what you need. For support questions about our plugins, email support@stich-tech.com. For project inquiries, custom development, or agency partnerships, book a 30-minute call. For general questions, use the contact form.

What's your typical response time? +

For plugin support inquiries, we respond within one business day. For new project inquiries booked through Calendly, you'll get the call confirmation immediately and a project scope discussion during the call itself. For ongoing engagements, response times are defined in the engagement agreement.

Do you sign NDAs and DPAs? +

Yes. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before discussing project specifics with new clients, and we provide Data Processing Agreements for engagements where we handle personal data covered under GDPR. Both can be requested before any contract is signed.

Do you work with clients outside the EU? +

Yes. The majority of our work is EU-based, but we regularly work with merchants and agencies in the UK, US, and other regions. Time zone overlap is usually not a problem for asynchronous work; for live collaboration, we coordinate based on the engagement.

3. Plugin support

How do I report a bug or request a feature in one of your plugins? +

Email support@stich-tech.com with the plugin name, your platform version (e.g., Magento 2.4.7 or Shopware 6.5), and a description of the issue or request. For bugs, include error messages, log entries, or screenshots if available. We triage requests within one business day and confirm whether the fix or feature will be in an upcoming release.

Are plugin updates free? +

Yes, security updates and bug fixes are free for all active installations. Feature updates and new versions are also free during our launch period. After the launch period, major version upgrades may require an active support subscription — we'll communicate any changes in advance.

Do you offer paid support plans? +

Yes, for merchants who need guaranteed response times, priority bug fixes, or ongoing configuration help. Paid support plans are scoped per merchant based on plugin usage and complexity. Book a call to discuss what makes sense for your store.

4. Custom development & agency services

Do you build custom Magento or Shopware plugins? +

Yes — custom plugin development is one of our main services. Typical engagements include ERP and PIM integrations, custom checkout workflows, marketplace connectors beyond Temu, B2B-specific functionality, and bespoke admin tools. All code is written to Adobe and Shopware standards so it survives core platform upgrades. Book a call to scope your project.

Do you offer white-label or agency partnership services? +

Yes. We provide white-label engineering support for agencies handling Magento and Shopware clients — backend development, overflow capacity, technical audits, and platform upgrades. We're cautious about publishing client work without explicit consent, especially for B2B engagements where the relationship is confidential.
